Subject: i was there...
...and my friend (a seasoned deadhead) turned to me and said "this is one of the best dead shows i've ever been to!" phil definitely turned it up a couple notches and the energy in that historic room was palpable. very cool that a SBD and released. not 5 stars because, well, it wasn't jerry.

I was lucky enough to not only be in San Francisco but I was at a micro brew pub on Haight & Ashbury happily day drinking the day away and who sits next to me?> the tour manager for Dark Star...
who graciously put me on the list for this show; thank you Matt wherever you are in the world, you helped create a lifelong memory for me!! I'm still looking for my face which melted away in that beautiful San Francisco night...
